Raw Chocolate BrowniesThese are probably one of my best creations. I came up with this recipe years ago and it’s a firm favourite with people of all ages.

I love this recipe as it’s so simple simple; it’s equal measures of all the ingredients. I love the America cup sizes but a cup can be any size you like for this:

  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1 cup of hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 cup of cashew nuts
  • 1 cup of cacao powder
  • 1 cup of pitted dates
  • 3 Tbs of water
  • I like to add 1 Tbs of enriched vanilla protein powder too (you can find that on my web shop)

Place all the ingredients (except the water) into a food processor and blend till smooth, then add the water and whizz until you have a soft dough like mixture.

Pour this into a pan and press it flat. Place in the fridge for 20mins then cut and enjoy. Keep refrigerated. Will last for 1 week in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer.
