Knead together the following into a breadcrumb like mixture:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup coconut sugar

Optional extras:

  • 1 Tbs enriched vanilla protein powder (find it on my shop)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1tbs supercharged cbd chocolate mix (in my shop)

Add in and then mix well:

  • 500g of gf organic oats

Add in 1 cup of broken raw chocolate or your favourite vegan chocolate bar

Pour into a baking tray and cook at 140 for 20mins

Take out leave to cool then add in:

  • 1 cup of nuts of your choice I like the chocolate pili nuts by raw and wild co
  • 1 cup of berries – I do a mixture of goji and Incan berries
  • 1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

Store in a kilner jar and enjoy
